Level 1 -
Will manage network physical connectivity between
sites.Use basic sho commands to troubleshoot anynetwork flap,Neighour
flap,HSRP flap or any change in network which effect conncectivity between the sites.
Level 2 -
Will do changes in a Network depends upon
network requirment(which includes IOS upgradation,Route the traffic from
Primary to seconday if Primary link is flappping,bouncing the ports,adding
vlan,adding a routes,Network) and they will Solve all those tickets which are
not resolved by Level 1 engineer
Level 3 -
Will support and Solve all those tickets which are not
resolved by Level 2 engineer.manage mostCritical Incidents on a Network.
